About

I am a traveler, a dreamer, and a nomad. I am also a daughter, a sister, an aunt, a friend and an all around fierce independent woman always looking for my next adventure. I am originally from Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The majority of my adult life I worked in the music industry as a Promotions Manager at Sony Music Group. During that time, I lived and worked all over the United States from New York City, to San Francisco, to Chicago, and I have most recently called Minneapolis, Minnesota home.

The Universe brought some major changes into my life over the past few years, and as a result, I lost my job, went through a divorce, and took my life on the road. What started as a travel blog has turned into an inspirational lifestyle brand for women looking to live their most authentic lives, no matter where they are in life’s timeline.

I am currently a writer, a certified Travel Coach, a certified yoga instructor, and a certified Barre instructor. In addition, I have taken two Buddhist meditation retreat courses (one at Tushita Meditation Center in Dharamshala, India and another in Pai, Thailand). I have participated in a Tantric Yoga Introduction Course, an Ayurvedic Lifestyle Course, and I am also interested in reiki and sound healing therapies. Knowledge is power and I am always trying to learn more everywhere I go!
