We all operate better when we are feeling 100%. The optimal way to feel your best is to mind both your physical fitness and mental well-being. We can travel for transformation and do all the coaching in the world, but if we aren’t taking care of ourselves physically and mentally, it is all for naught. Wandering Toward The Light believes that believes that establishing a solid health foundation sets the tone for real change both inside and out.

The health benefits of yoga are widespread. Yoga improves flexibility and helps with stress relief. It improves mental health and may reduce inflammation. It will increase your strength and reduce your anxiety. It has been proven to help sleep, self-esteem, and even your bone health. And yes, it even helps with burnout. The benefits of yoga are just too great not to be doing it.

On a personal level, I have been practicing yoga for 25 years and I truly believe it is what keeps me sane. This past year I finally decided to get my 200-hour yoga teacher training certificate and I am now so happy to be spreading my love of yoga by teaching throughout the world!
