Travel Coaching

I am currently a proud member of The Travel Coach Network, with my official certification in travel coaching.

“We travel not to escape life, but for life not to escape us.”-Unknown

So what is travel coaching anyway?

Travel coaching is so much more than just deciding on a place to visit. What has happened recently in your life that is calling you to travel? Why do you want to travel? What do you hope to see, learn, and do? How do you want to incorporate any changes from your travel into your everyday life? I can help you to answer these questions and dig a little deeper into what kind of trip will benefit you most at this particular point in your life.

As someone who has recently gotten divorced and set out on a solo female trip around the world, I can give you real life examples of how a personally curated trip can help to heal your soul. There are so many reasons to travel…let’s discuss what yours are and find the best opportunities for You.

Everything is covered!

Travel Coaching Initial Consultation

We will discuss what is happening in your life and what is driving you to make changes via travel. Thereafter, we will discuss your travel goals and what you expect to get out of any forthcoming trip. Next, we will discuss best travel destinations suited to these discussions. Finally, we will discuss any fears, inhibitions, or trepidations you may have about taking the actual trip.

I will provide advice, education, and real life stories to help you overcome these roadblocks and help empower you to get out there so you can see and learn from the world!

Pre-Trip Preparation Coaching

* Advice on how to prepare - what to pack, how much money to bring, where to stay, transportation, safety tips, and more.

* Recommendations for growth during your trip - journaling tips, cultural immersion ideas, mindfulness & awareness techniques, and more.

Live Check-Ins During Your Trip

Frequency to be determined based on your coaching progress, but I will be available for any help that you need while you travel.

Post-Trip Coaching

The coaching does not end when your trip does. We will continue our sessions to ensure continued lifestyle growth back in the “real world.” We will discuss what happened on your trip: What did you learn? How did you change? What do you want to incorporate into your real life at home? How do we successfully implement these changes?
